『医方大成論』19・癆瘵
- 癆瘵（ろうさい）は、諸虚の極まった状態である。
- 病證は1つではない。
- 原因は、虚弱な人が激しい労働・寒邪・房事・飲食などである。
- 症状は、体は痩せて、肌や毛は乾燥し、小便が白濁する。最後には血が混じった咳をするようになる。
【メモ】癆瘵は労咳とも言われ、その後結核として正式名称となっている。癆瘵の「癆」は「労」のことであり、心腎の労損を示す。一方、「瘵」は「労病の極まり」を表す。さまざまな消耗により体力が極度に落ち、陰虚火旺となる。画像は河村文庫よりお借りしています。
