『医方大成論』12・咳嗽

1. 咳嗽の原因は大きく分けて2つ。外因と内因である。
2. 外因の主な風寒について述べる。
3. 風に侵されると、浮脈、寒さを憎み、発熱して汗をかく。話そうとすると咳する。
4. 寒に侵されると、緊脈、汗はかかない。悪寒して寒く感じると咳をする。
5. また内因では、肝が侵されると、咳して両脇下痛む。
6. 腎が侵されると、咳して腰背中が痛む。それから病が進むと、咳して尿もれをおこす。
7. 治法は、気のめぐりを良くし、それから痰を下すことが良い。
