前回から引き続き、「病の深度」のお話です。皮毛よりも一段、二段深くなります。「肌膚」はいわゆる皮膚のことで、「筋脈」とは筋肉のことです。
皮膚表面から侵入してきた外邪は皮毛から始まり、皮膚から筋肉へと徐々に体内を浸食していきます。そして、さらに深い場所へと到達することになります。次回へ続く・・・。

Continuing from last time, we will talk about the “depth of the disease.” It is one or two levels deeper than fur. “肌膚” refers to the skin, and “筋脈” refers to the muscle.
External pathogens that invade through the surface of the skin start from the hair, then gradually erode the body from the skin to the muscles. They then reach even deeper places. To be continued next time…
