『医方大成論』22・心痛1.心とは五蔵の主であり、血をかくす府である。2.心痛には治らない「真心痛」がある。これは、痛みが激しく、手足が冷える病で、朝に発症すれば夕方には死ぬといわれている。3.この病の原因は、外邪により体の内側が極度に冷え、痰飲が集まり、心にとどまることである。4.治療法としては、邪気を払い、痰飲を温めてお小水として流してしまうのが良い。 "Iho-taiseiron" 22・Heartache 1. The heart is the master of Gozo and the office that hides blood. 2. There is "heartache" that does not cure heartache. This is a severe pain and cold limbs, and if it develops in the morning, it is said to die in the evening. 3. The cause of this illness is that the inside of the body becomes extremely cold due to an external cold, sputum gathers and stays in the mind. 4. As a treatment method, it is good to get rid of illness and warm sputum to be discharged as urine.
