『万病回春』講読28「痞満」
- 「痞満〔ひまん〕」は「中満」ともいう。
- 痞は「否」に通じる。「否」は『易経』中の「天地不交」の意味である。
- 上焦と下焦が交わらないことで、お腹の中のものが落ちていかず、結果的に食べられない。
- 様々な原因により脾虚となり、中焦に物が溜まるが、下に落ちていかない。
- しかし、外から見ると胃のあたりは脹っておらず、本人からの申告のみである。

- “痞(hi)” leads to “否（hi）”. “否” is the meaning of “Tenchifukou” in “Heaven and earth do not mix”.
- Because the upper and lower burns do not cross each other, the food in the stomach can not be dropped and consequently it can not be eaten.
- Spleen will be caused by various causes, and things will accumulate in the middle, but it will not fall down.
- However, the stomach is not swollen when viewed from the outside, and it is only a declaration from the person.
