「天に八紀有り」の「八紀」とは１年を45日ずつ８つに分けたときの期間のことです。45日ずつですので、1ヶ月半ずつですね。その期間の天の氣が、自分にとって病の元になるものかどうか。次に「五里」についてですが、こちらの古い注を見ると「理」のことであるとし、地上には五行の条理があるとしています。
確かに季節や天候は大きな流れがあり、一方通行です。人間は逆らうことが出来ません。しかし地上には常に五行があり、１年を通してなくなることはありません。天地でうまく対比されていることが分かります。

The “eight periods” in “There are eight periods in the sky” refers to the period when a year is divided into eight periods of 45 days each. Each period is 45 days, so one and a half months each. Is the energy of the sky during that period the source of your illness? Next, regarding “five ri,” this old commentary says that it means “principle,” and that there is a law of the five elements on earth.
Certainly, the seasons and weather are big, one-way flows. Humans cannot go against them. However, the five elements are always present on earth, and they never disappear throughout the year. You can see that they are contrasted well with heaven and earth.
