本日は立春です。暦の上では春が始まる日。まだまだ寒いのに！という声はよく聞きますが、寒くて当然です。春が始まるということは、春の期間のゼロ地点だからです。ここから春として、気候が動いていきます。今年はどんな春になるのか、乞うご期待ですね！
古典にはまさに立春の日から陽の氣が大いに動き、腠理（毛穴）が開いてくると書かれています。梅がだんだんと咲き始め、今年もその香りが春をお知らせしてくれるのです。
