天の氣は、呼吸することにより私たちの体に取り込まれています。最初に肺に入った天の氣は、その後全身に送られています。
天の氣は陽の氣であるため、人体の上部とも親和性が高く、呼吸は私たちに清い陽氣を届けてくれています。

Heavenly Qi is Yang Qi. It has a high affinity with the upper parts of the human body. Breathing delivers pure Yang Qi to us.
