-『素問』陰陽應象大論篇第五。
前回は、天地の動静すなわち陰陽の動きは、自然界の絶対的ルールです。というお話でした。今回はその続きとなります。その絶対的ルールがあるおかげで、「生長收藏」することが出来ている。そして、それは終わってもまた始まることが出来るという内容です。
「生長收藏」というのは、春夏秋冬の自然界の動きをそれぞれ一文字で表したものです。春は生まれて、夏には成長し、秋は収穫して、冬は内にこもって春を待つ。という自然界の循環を示しています。この循環が乱れないのは、陰陽があるからだというお話です。

Last time, I talked about how the movement of sky and earth, or the movement of yin and yang, is an absolute rule of the natural world. This time, we will continue from there. Thanks to this absolute rule, we are able to “生長收藏” And even if it ends, it can begin again.
“生長收蔵” is a single character that expresses each of the four seasons of nature. It shows the cycle of nature: birth in spring, growth in summer, harvest in autumn, and retreating indoors in winter to wait for spring. The story goes that this cycle is not disrupted because of the existence of yin and yang.
