陰陽は目には見えないけれど、その兆候は水や火などの物質を介することによって解る。物質が変化すること自体を氣の変化の表れとして、昔の人は捉えました。これを「外形内氣」といいます。でもこれは、天や体の変動を理解するフィクションなのです。
