23＊「故に曰く、天地は萬物の上下なり」−『素問』陰陽應象大論篇第五。
「故に曰く」は18〜22の投稿のまとめとなります。天地だけでは上下をはっきりと区別することは難しいです。けれども、天と地の間にある萬物を通して上下を区別することが出来るとあります。上下はすなわち陰陽を指し、萬物のすべては陰陽に分けられるという意味にも取れます。

“Therefore” is a summary of posts 18 to 22. It is difficult to clearly distinguish between up and down with just sky and earth. However, it says that it is possible to distinguish between up and down through all things between heaven and earth. Up and down refer to yin and yang, and it can also be interpreted as meaning that all things are divided into yin and yang.
