『医方大成論』21 ・頭痛
- 人身の頭は風邪を最も受けやすい。
- 頭痛の種類とその原因は1つではない。
- ・真頭痛:頭全体がキリで刺すように激しく痛むもの。朝に発して夕には死す。
・厥頭痛:腎虚や胸郭の痰によって頭痛となる。 - 治療はそれぞれの原因に準ずるのが良い。
【メモ】頭痛の主な原因は風邪であるとしています。その理由は高山では常に風が吹いているように、人身の頭にも風気を受けやすいためです。

- Human head is most susceptible to colds.
- The type of headache and its causes are not one.
- ・Shin-Headache: A headache that hurts like a whole bite. Departs in the morning and dies in the evening.
・ Ketsu-headache: Headache due to renal emptiness and sputum in the thorax. - Treatment should be according to each cause.
