今日は立春ですね(^^)中国では、旧正月の連休が始まっていますね。鍼灸治療では旧暦を重視し、特に暦の変わり目は要注意です。まだまだ寒いのに、なんで春？と思われますが、立春は春のゼロ地点です。これから本格的に暖かくなる最初の日なのです。
